Gymnastics

Karlie has been doing CrossFit since 2012.  Karlie has a background in gymnastics, which she did for about 10 years. She was a cheerleader in high school and college and enjoys competing in local CrossFit competitions as well as running half marathons. Karlie is passionate about kids and assists with our CrossFit Kids program. She currently works with David Walters DO, PhD, as his registered medical assistant.

Rosalie has been a part of CrossFit DTW since 2011.  After losing 50 lbs and 5 years of hard work, Rosalie qualified for the CrossFit Games and went on to claim the Championship in the 60+ Masters group in 2015.  She also competed in the 2016 CrossFit Games.

David Walters, DO, PhD, MBA, is a 63 year old physician who specializes in wellness and anti-aging medicine.  He is a CrossFit Level 2 trainer and a CrossFit Kids trainer as well as Olympic Lifting. Gymnastics, Endurance, Strong Man, Movement & Mobility, Rowing, Judging and Goal Setting. He also obtained certification in kettlebell training from Pavel Tsatsouline in 2001.  Doc has seriously pursued CrossFit-type fitness training over the past 16 years.  In addition to his activities as a medical doctor CrossFit Trainer and CrossFit DTW owner, Doc competed in the 2014 and 2016 CrossFit Games.
